Amazing Total Lunar Eclipse

Lunar eclipse - The amazing total eclipse (lunar eclipse) happened last night. At the end of December 20 to early December 21, Earth shadow darkened the whole part of the moon passed between it and the sun. Both Central and North America should be able to see this lunar eclipse. As astronomer said that the December 21 is also the winter solstice that means it has the longer time of night of the year after the day will grow longer the usual. As NASA said, it is the firs time the total eclipse occur in December 21 that coincided with a solstice since last December 2, 1638. This total eclipse was estimated happened in 3.5 hours.
